New Digital Self-Management Programs
You’ll find a wide variety of health subjects that you can take online at your own pace on the Well onTarget® Member Wellness Portal at wellontarget.com. With more than 20 courses to choose from, you’ll learn about different health issues and how to develop healthy habits that you can start right away. Topics include managing stress, quitting tobacco, achieving a healthy weight, improving nutrition, enhancing your physical activity, preventive health and more!
These courses are easy to access through the portal. You can also use the Well onTarget mobile app, AlwaysOn, to register and take any of the courses.
If you need a little extra help, the Wellness Coaching team of credentialed health experts will guide you through topics that are of interest to you. They can help you to make behavioral changes and meet your goals.
Whether you want help with quitting tobacco, improving your fitness level, decreasing your weight or improving dietary habits, there are options for you and a coach who will support you in your efforts. Your coach will stay in regular contact with phone calls or secure messaging.
You can also use online trackers to help guide you as you work toward your goals.
It is easy to sign up for a digital self-management program or Wellness Coaching. Just log on to the wellness portal at wellontarget.com. Go to the drop-down menu in the upper left corner and select Courses or Coaching to get started.
Other Well onTarget Features
When you join the Well onTarget Fitness Program, you’ll have access to more than 10,000 fitness facilities nationwide at one low cost ($25 per month). To sign up for the Fitness Program, log in to Blue Access for Members and click on the Fitness Program under Quick Links.
Tracking Your Efforts
Keeping track of your physical activity can help you reach your fitness objectives. Sync your fitness device or app with the Well onTarget app to track your activity levels.
When you sign up for the fitness program, you’ll be able to see a full list of compatible fitness devices and apps on wellontarget.com. These include Fitbit, MapMyFitness, Garmin and others.*
