You should be able to contact your Primary Care Physician (PCP) for medical advice 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Your PCP’s office may have an answering service or a recorded message after regular business hours.
An answering service can call your doctor for you. If you get a recorded message, it will tell you to call an answering service or doctor and should give you the phone number.
If you have questions about after-hours access, please call the customer service number on your member ID card.
